Baby shark

Victor, daddy, and I went to TJ maxx for baby-related items. Daddy wanted to get another diaper genie, but for the downstairs because it's becoming a bit stinky in the living room where we have the second changing area. I'm not so keen on keeping more junk in the house.

Baby Victor enjoyed himself while being strolled to Dunkin' Donuts and while mommy and dad had a beverage. We knew we were on borrowed time as we inched closer to the 2-hour mark since your last nap. So we rushed home bracing ourselves for the imminent screams ahead.

However, mommy started singing Baby Shark in silly voices long enough to distract you to sleep. With success! You were passed out in your car seat and daddy strolled you into the house while mommy gathered all the purchases. You slept like an angel for about 45 minutes.

When you woke up, we fed you and played and talked to you. Then all of the sudden you started giggling uncontrollably. It was the first time that we've heard you laugh. Daddy was holding you under your armpits and just chatting regularly, but you thought it was the funniest thing ever. We weren't sure if you were delirious or tired... or deliriously tired. But we went with it and started laughing with you.

Then, daddy bathed you while mommy ate her dinner of curry laksa noodles. Then, we switched and mommy put you to bed.

Hello family, I am testing this idea out where I journal a bit about everyday occurrences that are electronic instead of in a paper journal, which could get lost or disappear. Also, if we have more kids than just Victor, everyone gets a copy of mommy's thoughts. No fighting over this diary. Perfect toe toucher

Mommy and daddy had mommy's teacher friends over for our regular game night. Instead, daddy had the idea to make it an afternoon version so we could host at our place while tending to victor's nap schedule. It was officially your first party. The noise and laughter were not something you were used to and you cried out when you heard daddy use his outside laughter and voice. People wanted to hold you and cuddle. For the most part, you liked the women, but you cried here and there when it got confusing when you saw daddy but he wasn't holding you. In the last week, you went from gracing your toes with your finger tips un your car seat, to your left hand grabbing your toes while lying flat on your back. My little cutie!

Long sleep

We all visited mommy and daddy's friends last night. Kristine and Tony are expecting their little boy in October 2019! Friends for Victor! All night long, you were happy and smiling and enjoying the conversation. I think you might be a little extrovert like your mommy. You even skipped your evening nap in lieu of getting held by Tony. After feeding you in their baby's nursery, daddy was responsible for burping you. He was raising you up and down to entertain you. I told him not to jostle you too much because you may throw up. Within 5 minutes, you threw up more than I had ever seen you do before. It was all over you, all over daddy's shorts and legs, on the floor and carpet. I wasn't sure the burp cloth would be enough to pick it all up. On the way to our friends' house and on the way home, we reintroduced the binkie and you passed out immediately in the car ride.
